- Gas Chlorinators: Vacuum or Gravity Feed Type, 100 Gms/Hr to 250 Kgs/Hr — Cylinder Mounted, Frame / Wall / Floor Mounted Cabinet Models in Manual or Automatic mode. Skid Mounted and Containerised Chlorination Plants also available.
- Steam & Electrically Heated Evaporators: For Chlorine, Sulphur Dioxide, or Ammonia — Steam Heated up to 1250 Kgs/Hr (higher on request) and Electrically Heated up to 500 Kgs/Hr, with all accessories.
- Electro Chlorinators (Brine Based): Batch or Continuous Production Models for onsite Sodium Hypochlorite generation — capacity 15 Gms/Hr to 50 Kgs/Hr.
- Electro Chlorinators (Seawater Based): Continuous Production Models in collaboration with foreign principals — capacity 500 Gms/Hr to 375 Kgs/Hr.
- Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing Systems: Skid Mounted or Standalone, any capacity and automation level — with Storage Tanks, Day Tanks and all interconnecting pipes, valves, instruments and fittings.
- Bleaching Powder / Calcium Hypochlorite Dosing Systems: Standalone skid-mounted systems for dosing Bleaching Powder or Calcium Hypochlorite on a turnkey basis.
- Chlorine Dioxide Generators & Dosing Systems: Two-Pump or Three-Pump method, any capacity, with or without chemicals, optionally catalyst-enhanced — PLC or Relay Based automation with Storage Tanks, Day Tanks and full interconnections. O&M also available.
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Dosing Systems: CO2 Tanks, Cylinders, Vaporisers and Dosing Packages of any capacity — for pH correction in water treatment and for aerating soft drinks.
- Auto Chlorine Tonner Leak Absorption System (ACTLAS): Single Stage (1000 Kgs/Hr or 1000 Kgs/15 min), Single Stage Venturi, Two or Three Stage Venturi Wet Scrubber — any capacity, designed and supplied on turnkey basis.
- Auto Chlorine Cylinder Leak Absorption System (ACCLAS): For Baby Cylinders or 100 Kg Cylinders — 100 or 200 Kgs neutralization per hour or per 5 minutes.
- Chlorine Tonner / Cylinder Leak Neutralisation System: FRP Gas Hood, engineered Blowers, Piping sparging in Alkali Pit or Diffused in overground Tank — for smaller systems. Ventilation Fans also provided.
- Chlorine Tonner Storage & Handling Systems: Tonner Roller Supports (Trunnions), Lifting Beams with Adjustable Hooks, Load Indicators, Crane Type Digital Weigh Scales, Manual Chain Pulley Blocks, Electric Chain / Rope Hoists, Electric / Manual Trolleys (2T / 3T / 5T), Electronic Single or Dual Platform Weigh Scales.
- Chlorine Safety Equipment: Emergency Kits Type-A (100 Kg Cylinder) & Type-B (Tonner), Auxiliary Tonner Valves, SCBA, Positive Airline Breathing Apparatus, Portable Air Compressor, Emergency Eye Wash & Shower, Gas Mask with Canister, Air Resuscitator, Windsock, Weather Cock, Moisture Absorbing Bottles, Ammonia Torch, Full Face Mask & PVC Suit, Gloves, Boots, First Aid Kit, Display Boards, Safety Equipment Storage Cabinets.
